What we’re looking for:
Experience leading a team in a care home (essential)
NVQ Level 4+ in Health & Social Care
Strong dementia care experience
Driver with own vehicle

Role Overview:
You will oversee daily routines, manage care plans and assessments, run the keyworker system, and ensure accurate documentation and medication handling is in line with best practices. You will collaborate with families and healthcare professionals, take part in care shifts when needed, and support team development through mentoring and supervision. Your role is key in fostering a calm, engaging, and respectful environment where residents feel safe, understood, and valued, while upholding confidentiality, ensuring compliance, and championing Adept’s vision of creating an outstanding place to live and work.
