We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing company as Training Manager.
As Training Manager you will report to the HR Manager and have responsibility for devising and implementing a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
You will enhance employee skills, improving performance, increasing productivity, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the business.
Duties will include:
• Identifying training and development needs within the organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with Home Manager and Operations Team.
• Supporting and Monitoring effective induction and onboarding programs
• Evaluating training and development programs and producing training materials for in-house courses
• Managing the delivery of training, development programs and devising a training strategy for the organisation.

What we are looking for;
Previous training experience in a care setting is essential.
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods desirable (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc).
This role will include extensive travel to our seven sites as a result driving license and own vehicle is essential for this role.
