Laundry Assistant | Kiwi House Care Home, Alvaston, Derby | Pay of £12.85 per hour | Hours: 20 per week (3 days, alternate weekends)

About the Role

As part of our Laundry Team, you’ll ensure residents always have fresh clothing, bedding, and towels, helping everyone feel comfortable and cared for. Your work will include sorting, washing, drying, and ironing laundry, and maintaining high hygiene standards throughout the home.

Training & Support

You’ll receive a full induction with an experienced mentor plus ongoing face-to-face and online training. Our dedicated Training and Dementia Managers will support your development and career ambitions.

About You

• Previous care home or laundry experience (desirable)

• Good communication and attention to detail

• Positive, caring attitude
