Bowood Court & Mews Care Home are currently recruiting a Deputy Manager to join our team based in Redditch, Worcestershire. You will join us on a Full Time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £46,392 Annum.

About the Deputy Manager role:

We are recruiting a Deputy Manager who will be committed, warm and friendly and go the extra mile to provide an excellent service to our residents. You will supervise all care aspects within the home and report to the Home Manager.

About the Deputy Manager role;

• Salary up to £46,392 Annum 
• 10% Bonus scheme (£51,031 OTE)
• Full time hours working alternate weekends

What we are looking for; 

• Previous Deputy Manager or Home Management experience (essential)
• NVQ4 in Direct Care is essential
• Excellent literacy, numeracy and communications skills
• Own car required and business miles paid
